The
dry
heat produced by our Sterident is very similar to that of a typical
oven. Instruments are baked at a high temperature for thirty minutes.
This sterilization method is only applicable for stainless steel
instruments. As with the steam autoclave, containment bags have
an indicator strip that shows when sterile conditions have been
met. |
